GROW (Growers and Farmers)
Grow – test – compare – share – learn in community about Food Quality and how to increase it. Here’s how

Year 1
  • Test and record a baseline of Brix values and Food Quality indicators (yield, pest and disease, taste, shelf life and seed viability) on the Grffn Food Quality Database, for the food you grow
  • Compare values with others in the Grffn community to learn how your Food Quality measures up.
  • Gain insights and learn best practice in the Grffn community learning platform from other growers that have posted the highest Food Quality values and are willing to share.
  • Learn from industry experts about nature friendly ways to increase soil and plant health.
Year 2
  • Implement new practices and test again to learn what works best for you and your soil .
  • Observe, listen and learn from the seed, soil and plant about what they need to increase quality as you gain valuable feedback from your plants each year after testing.
  • Learn, adapt and move on. Are your Brix values increasing? Is the taste improving? Is there less pests and diseases?
  • As more values are entered, we build the science, stories and confidence to understand and promote Food Quality to increase the health of people and planet.
Year 3
  • Supported by the evidence, if you are among the top growers able to produce food of the highest quality, the data records held in the Grffn Food Quality Database can be used to self-certify your growing enterprise and tell the world you are now growing food as symbiotic partner with nature.
